Downloading the Course Resources

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to various resource files designed to help you set up and maintain your records management system. These include worksheets, guides, checklists, and templates.
To download these resources to your computer:
  1. Decide where to file your course resources on your computer or cloud drive and create a digital folder called “Paper Fix Resources”, or similar name so you can easily access them as you progress through the course.
  2. Go to the Resources section of each course module.
  3. Click on the Download button under each resource.
  4. Save the files to the “Paper Fix Resources” folder on your computer.
Having these files saved on your computer will allow you to refer back to them as you continue to organize your records and stay on track with your goals.
