1. Services Offered

Anney Ardiel Consulting provides records management consulting, estate clearing services, downsizing support, and educational materials. Each service or product is described in detail at the time of purchase or engagement.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due when invoiced. Interest of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will accrue on any balances unpaid after 30 days, until paid in full.

Once received, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Anney Ardiel Consulting terminates services prior to completion. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Registration and Use

Access to and use of our services, including any forms, templates, or online materials, is at the user’s own risk. Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, distributed, or republished without written permission.

4. Educational Use and No Guarantees

All information provided through Anney Ardiel Consulting—whether in consultations, courses, downloads, or emails—is intended for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.
